REFRIGERATED CAKE
Ingredients:
Marie biscuits – 40
Icing sugar – 200 grams
Cocoa powder – 2tsp
Butter – 100 grams
Drinking chocolate- 2tsp
Cream – 100 grams
Gems – 1 packet
Method:
Bear butter and icing sugar to a smooth cream
Add cocoa and drinking chocolate and mix well
Take round plate and place six biscuit in a shape of flower
Cover these with beaten butter mixture
Put six biscuit on top of it and do the icing
These shows done 4 times so that the layers are forms
Cover all sides with cream
Decorate with crushed biscuits and server
