CURD CUTLETS
Ingredients:
1 cup curd- hung curd
100 grams- jimikand grated
Peanuts- 2tbsp
Coriander leaves- 2tbsp
Green chilies- 2-3 (chopped)
Red chilies-1/2 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Pepper-1/2
Roasted cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Oil for frying
Method:
Mix all ingredients
Make into cutlets and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
