CHOCOLATE SOUFFLÉ

CHOCOLATE SOUFFLÉ







Ingrédients:

Eggs – 3
Vanillé essence – 1tsp
Milk – 300 ml
Sugar – 6 tbsp
Beaten cream – 1 tea cup
Gelatine (rex) – 10 grams
Drinking chocolate- 2 tbsp
Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
Few chopped walnuts & sweet cream to decorate


Method:

Mix gelatin in ½ tea cup of cold water
Ware till the gelatin dissolves
Separate the eggs (white from yellow)
Mix milk sugar, chocolate powder, cocoa powder & egg yolks
Cook it on slow flame
Stir and cook till it is thick like custard
Take it off from fire
Cool it & add gelatin mixture in a large vessels with ice cube
Go on stirring all the time
When the mixture gets slightly thicker
Add cream
Go on stirring over the ice for 2 minutes
Beat the egg white and add vanilla essence
Take the vessel off the ice
Mix eggs thoroughly in the mixture
Pour the mixture in a serving dish
Keep it in a freezer
Just before serving decorate with sweeten cream & chopped walnuts
Serve it.
