SWEET CORN SOUP


SWEET CORN SOUP




Ingredients:

Sweet corn Tin cream style – 1 tin
Ajino Motto – ¾ tsp
Soya sauce – ½ tsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chili sauce
Chili in vinegar to serve

Method:

Open the sweet corn tin and thaw (ghotana) it
Pour 4-5 cups of water
Corn flour diluted in water
Add soya sauce
Add ajino motto
Cook for about 20 minutes
You may cut carrots
Cabbage and capsicum in very tiny pieces and add to the boiling soup.
