COCONUT CUTLETS

COCONUT CUTLETS







For the Covering:

Raw bananas- 3 (Boiled with skin)
Paneer- 100 Grams (Grated)
Coriander Leaves- 1tbsp (chopped)
Ginger – a small piece (grated)
Chilies- 2-3 (chopped finely)
Salt & pepper to taste
Singhare ka aataa – 3-4 tbsp


For the stuffing:

Fresh coconut- ½ cup (grated)
Salt & Pepper – ¼ tsp
Cashewnuts – 1tbsp
Raisins – 1tbsp
Green Chilies- 2
Coriander leaves – 1tbsp (chopped)

Method:

Mash boiled bananas & mix with rest of the ingredients & keep aside.
Then mix all the ingredients of the stuffing.
Make 8-10 balls of cutlets coverings
Flatten it
Fill some stuffing
Seal it from all sides & flatten it
Shallow fry or deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Serve hot with chutney (green chutney)
