BAKED VEGETABLES

BAKED VEGETABLES:






Ingredients:

Carrots – 150 grams
Beans – 150 grams
Potatoes – 2 medium size
Onion – 2 medium size
Cauliflower – 1 small
White sauce
Butter – 3 tbsp
Milk – 250 ml
Cheese cubes – 4-5
Maida – 2 tbsp

Method:

Diced the vegetables
Steam them
Drain out the water
Put butter in the pan
Fry onions
Add vegetables
Add salt and pepper
Mix them well
Keep aside
Make white sauce
Mix it with the vegetable
Put in a borosil
Sprinkle grated cheese
May garnish with capsicum ring
Put it in the oven
Bake for 15-20 min till slightly brown
Serve hot.
