VEGETARIAN CHOW MEIN
Ingredients:
Noodles – 200 grams
Carrots – 200 grams
Cabbage – 200 grams
Beans – 100 grams
Capsicum – 200 grams
Onions – 200 grams
Spring Onions – 3-4
Soya sauce
Chili sauce
Vinegar
Ajino motto
Salt and pepper
Garlic – 3-4 or ½ pot garlic pounded
Method:
In a wok (kadai) heat oil
Stir fry garlic once or twice
Add onion sliced
Stir fry
Add all the slices of vegetables (Partially cook off season carrots and beans)
Stir fry adding a little salt
(gas should be on high flame ;Wok should be light in weight)
Add noodles along with ajino motto and black pepper and salt
Stir fry for some time
And add 1 tsp of green chili sauce
Serve hot with Manchurian along with sauce
