MACARONI CHOW

MACARONI CHOW





Ingredients:

Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Chili powder
Salt to taste
Macaroni – 1 packet or 200 grams
Ajino motto – a pinch
Cabbage – 1 small finely chopped
Carrot – 2 chopped & boil
Capsicum – 2 chopped in slice
Onion – 2 finely chopped
Garlic – few cloves (optional)
Coriander leaves
Green chili
Soya sauce – 2 teaspoon
Vinegar – 1 teaspoon


Method:

Take a pan and boil water
Add macaroni and oil and salt
Keep boiling till it is soft
Drain the water and keep aside
Take a kadai
Heat oil
Add garlic
Green chili
Stir fry
Onion and carrot
Fry for 2 minutes
Add cabbage
Stir fry for 2 minutes
Add capsicum
After that add little salt and ajino motto
Then add macaroni
Pepper
Soya sauce
Chili sauce
Vinegar and stir well
Serve hot
