RUSSIAN SALAD

RUSSIAN SALAD






Ingredients:

Boiled potatoes, beans, apple or pineapple, grapes, peas, carrot – ½ cup each
Cottage cheese - ¼ cup
Salt – 2 tsp
Sugar, mustard powder, black pepper & lime juice – 1tsp each

Method:

Mix all the ingredients & keep in fridge for one hour
Decorate with sliced cucumber & tomato.
