NARIYAL BURFI

NARIYAL BURFI




Ingredients:

Coconut – 1
Khoya – 200 grams
Sugar – 150 grams

Method:
Grate coconut
Keep aside
Dry roast khoya
Keep it aside
Add sugar to the grated coconut
Keep it on fire
Stir fry till sugar melts
Add khoya
Mix well
Spread it over a greased thali
Garnish with silver foil
Cool and cut it in square
