JIMIKAND FINGERS
Ingredients:
Jimikand – 250 grms (boiled in salted water. Cool it, cut into finger shape of 2 ½” long & ½” thick)
Ginger and green chili paste- 2 tbsp
Salt- ½ -3/4 tbsp
Hung curd- 1 – 2 tbsp
Singhare ka atta – 2-3 tbsp
Khuskhas- 3 tbsp
Orange color- a pinch
Method:
Make ginger, chili, salt ,curd paste for marinating
Apply on jimi fingers & keep it aside for 10-15 minutes
Cover with singhare ka ataa.
Sprimkle khuskhus
Fry in hot oil till crisp & brown.
