SAGO KHICHADRI (SABUDANA KI KHICHADRI)
Ingredients:
Sabudana – 2 cups (soaked minimum for 2 hours)
Peanuts – 1 cup (crushed)
Potatoes – 2-3 (cut into small cubes & friend)
Jeera – 1tbsp
Lemon juice of 1 lemon
Oil or ghee- 2 tbsp
Salt, chili powder to taste
Method:
Heat oil
Add jeera
Add fried potatoes
Add soaked sabudana
Add salt, chili powder
Stir fry
Add crushed peanuts
Cook for some time
Add lemon juice
Mix well and serve hot
