INSTANT JALEBI

INSTANT JALEBI




Ingredients:

½ cup curd mix with ½ cup water
Maida – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 ½ cup
Water – 1 cup + 1 teaspoon saffron + elachi
One squeeze bottle
Oil for frying
A flat wok (flat kadai)

Method:

In a big bowl
Add little curd water and maida
Mix maida
Add water
Add 1 teaspoon level meetha soda
Sieve it to have smooth batter or run it in mixer as well
Pour the batter in squeeze bottle
Heat the oil in wok
Fry the jalebi and put into sugar syrup.
