DIL –E – FIRDUAS






Ingredients:

Milk – 1 liter (Full Cream)
Rice soaked and mixed in blender grounded coarsely – ¾ cup
Fresh Cream – 1 cup
Khoya – 200 grams
Sugar – 1 tea cup
Elachi powder of 2-3 elaichi
Kishmish – few
Badam soaked in warm water, peeled off and sliced in length – few
Chandi ka Vark – silver foil

Method:


Boil 1 liter of milk in a kadai
Add soaked/ blended rice
Give it a boil
Add sugar
Stir continuously
Add grated khoya stirring continuously
Cook for sometime
Add cream
Add some almonds, kishmish, elachi powder, kesar (optional)
Pour it in Borosil
Decorate it with silver foil and all nuts
Serve chilled
