STUFFING
Method :
Mash the potatoes
Cut onions length wise
Chop green chilies, coriander leaves
Heat oil
Add sarso dana
A tsp of chana ddaal
Broken red chili
Stir fry a little
Add onions
Stir fry for some time
Add the mashed potatoes
Sprinkle a little water over it
Now add salt, turmeric powder and chili powder
Mix well
