VERKI PARANTHA

VERKI PARANTHA

Ingredients:

Wheat flour – 250 gms
Maida- 250 grams
Salt – 2 level tsp
Ajwain- ½ tsp
Milk – need for knead and dough


Method:

Sieve the flour and salt together
Knead the flour till it becomes smooth and elastic
Add 1tsp of oil and leave it for about 15 minutes
Take small quantity of maida in a separate bowl and add oil for pouring consistency
Take a small portion of the dough
Roll it out and apply maida oil paste from the center to the sides
cut roll out from center till one side
From the cut point roll the dough in the shape of cone;
Press the cone into circle
Roll it again
Heat it in the form of parantha on tawa
When parantha is ready apply vergh
Serve hot
