CHENNA MURGI

CHENNA MURGI




Ingredients:

Paneer – 50 grams
Sugar – 35 grams
Water 0 2tbsp
Milk – 1tbsp

Method:

Cut paneer into half inch square pieces cubes
Dissolve sugar in water
When it starts boiling, add a little milk
When the dirt comes up, strain the syrup and keep it back on fire.
Cook till two string consistency
Add paneer and cook on high flame
Take it out (paneer) & keep it back again.
Prevent caramelizing of sugar (brown) on sides by wiping sides with water.
Continue cooking till soft ball stage
Remove kadhai from fire
Stir continuously
When the syrup is thick; dropping consistency, continue stirring till the mixture is cool.
