MOMOS

MOMOS




Ingredients

Paneer – 100 grams (chopped very very very very finely.. tiny miny types)
Carrots – 100 grams “ “
Cabbage – 1 small “ “
Onions – 2-3
Cauliflower -1
Capsicum – 1
Corn flour – 1tbsp
Onion & garlic paste- 3 onions & 2 ½ pots
Ginger – small piece
Green chili – 6-7
Red chili – 100 grams (de deseed, soaked and grounded)
Maida – 200 grams

Method:

Put little oil in maida and make a dough in water, fairly stiff dough and keep aside
Stuffing:
Mix all the chopped vegetables and paner and all onion and garlic paste, green chili paste, salt, ajinoo motto, soya sauce
Mix well and keep aside

Make small balls, roll them out
Put little stuffing and fold it out like a potli
Steam them

CHUTNEY FOR SAUCE

Heat little oil
Add onion ginger garlic paste
Stir fry for some time
Add ginger and garlic paste
Add salt
Add red chili paste
Cook for some time
Add little vinegar
Cool and serve with momos
