TAWA BHINDI
Ingredients:
Bindi- ½ kg
Tawa fry masala
Method:
Cut , wash and dry bindi
Cut the top and the bottom of the bindi
Slit them
Fry them
Keep aside
Take about 2 tablespoon of tawa masal
Stuff the bindis with this masala
Put it in a kadai or tawa
Stir fry for some time.
