APPLE KHEER

APPLE KHEER






Ingredients:

Milk – 1 liter
Sugar – 4 tbsp
Apple – 3 medium
Elachi – few
Badam – few


Method:

Put the milk on to boil in a heavy based wide pan
Add the sugar and cook gently until the mixture is reduced by half
Grate the apples
Add to the milk
Bring to a boil and remove from the heat at once
Sprinkle cardamom & badam on top
Serve hot
