SANDESH


SANDESH





Ingredients:

Paneer – 500 grams
Sugar – 250 grams
Khoya – 100 grams
Elachi powder – 5-6

Method:


Grate paneer and mash well
Add powdered sugar and elachi powder
Mix well
Make round balls of this mixture
Pass khoya through a sieve
Roll the paneer balls in the khoya powder
Cool in the refrigerator and serve
