SEV BADAM BURFI

SEV BADAM BURFI




Ingredients:

Sev – 250 grams (without salt bhelpuri)
Khoya – 250 grams
Sugar -250 grams
Water – 250 ml
Almonds – 50 grams
Saffron – few
Silver paper – 3-4
Kharbuje ke bheej – few
Elachi – 2-3
Yellow color- few drops



Method:

Take a kadai
Put some water
Add sugar and bring it to boil till sugar is dissolved
Add khoya till it is melted
Stir fry
Add saffron or yellow color
Add sev
Add kharbuje ke bheej
And almonds
Mix well till it is converted into thick
Put this mixture in a greced thali
Garnish with almonds and silver paper
Serve in the paper cup
