DHANIYA PINJIRI (Janamashtmi Special)





Ingredients:

Dhaniya Powder – 100 grams
Pure ghee – 50 grams
Powder sugar – 100 grams
Almonds – 50 grams
Cashew – 50 grams
Magus- 50 grams
Khoya – 50 grams

Method:

Dry roast khoya and take it off
Heat ghee
Add dhaniya powder
Stir fry
When it changes the color and you get nice aroma
Switch off the gas
Mix khoya
Mix well
Add dry fruits
In the end add sugar powdered
Mix well
