MACARONI CHEEZE FITTERS
Ingredients:
Macaroni – ½ half packet
Cheeze Cubes – 4 grated
Besan ½ cup or little more
Salt to taste
Green chilies – 3-4 finely chopped
Coriander leaves – ½ cup
Lemon juice – 1 lemon
Soda- ½ teaspoon
Method:
Boil water
Add macaroni with salt and oil till tender
Drain the water
Add all above ingredients
Heat oil
Make small fitters and fry them (deep fry)
Sprinkle chat masala
Stir fry
