GREEN PEAS SOUP


GREEN PEAS SOUP





Ingredients:

Peas – ½ kg
Onions – 2
White sauce – 2 cups
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cream and crotons to serve

Method:

Boil peas and onions with four cups of water
Blend and strain
Add white sauce
Salt & pepper
Mix well
Serve hot with cream and crotons.
