LAUKI KA HALWA
Ingredients:
Ghiya – One medium (peeled and grated)
Milk – ½ lt (full cream)
Khoya – 200 grams
Sugar – 1 cup
Elachi Powder of 2-3 elachi
Dry Fruits as desired
Desi Ghee -1/2 cup
Method:
Boil milk
Add grated ghiya & cook till ghiya is tender & milk dries up
Add grated khoya & sugar
Mix well
Add ghee & stir fry till it leaves the sides of the kadai
Garnish with dry fruits.
