SAGO VADA

SAGO VADA





Ingredients:

½ cup boiled potatoes
1 cup sago – soak for 2 hours
Peanuts – roasted and ground 3 teaspoon
Coriander leaves
Green chili
Jeera – ½ teaspoon (roasted)

Seasoning :
Salt
Red chili powder

You Can add following other than Fasts
Aamchur
Garam masala


Method:

Mash add the ingredients together
Chopped coriander leaves + chopped green chilie and seasonings
Add little oil which mashed them
Shape into round balls and deep fry in hot piping oil.

Granishing:

Serve in serving dish
Accompanied with and green chutney.
