AMBAL






Ingredients:

Chaung of Sauf, methi dana and hing
Pumpkin – 1 kg
Salt – ½ tsp
Chili powder – 1/2tsp
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Water- as required
Imly- 100 grams
Sugar – 2-3 tsp

Method:

Cook till tender with water alongwith all above seasoning
Add imly pulp & sugar
