POTATO CORN BAKED

POTATO CORN BAKED




Ingredients:


Corn cream style – 1 tin
Boil potatoes – 4
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Green chilies – 2-3 (finely chopped)
Grated cheese – 4-5 cubes
Milk – 4 tbsp
Butter – 2tbsp
Fresh cream – ¾ cup

Method:

Open the tin and thaw it
Cut the boiled potatoes in small pieces
Heat butter
Fry onions for some time
Add green chilies
Potatoes, corn and half of the cheese, salt and black pepper
Mix well
Grease the baking dish
Spread the mixture
Sprinkle milk on top
Beat cream with a pinch pf salt and spread over the mixture
Cover with rest of the remaining cheese
Dot with butter
Bake it over for 20 minutes in oven.
