PINEAPPLE KHEER

PINEAPPLE KHEER






Ingredients:

Full cream milk - ½ liter
slice pineapple tinned- 2
Cashew nuts- ½ tbsp
Almonds – ½ tbsp
¼ cup vrat ke chawal
Sugar – 2-3 tbsp
Milkmaid- 3 tbsp


Method:


Boil milk for 5 minutes to reduce slightly
Add washed rice. Cook till rice is cooked and thick (cook on low heat for 20 minutes)
Add sugar, cardamom powder and chopped pineapple (squeeze juice)
Chill in the freezer






VRAT KI ROTI/ POORI

Any type of vrat ka atta kuttu or singhare or equal proportion.
Add boiled mashed arbi or potatoe
Add salt, chopped chilies, coriander leaves, ginger
Make small poori or parantha.
