TOMATO STUFFED SPAGHETTI
Ingredients:
Tomatoes – 750 grams small in size
White sauce – 2 tea cups
Spaghetti – ½ cup
Salt & pepper – to taste
Chopped onions- 2
Capsicum – 1 cut in small cubes
Butter – 1 tbsp
Green chilies – 2
Method:
Cut tomatoes and scoop them
Apply salt inside and turn it over
Heat butter and add onions and add capsicum
Stir fry & add green chili
Stir fry for few minutes
Add spaghetti
Mix them well and cool
Add white sauce, salt and pepper
Fill tomato cases with spaghetti
Arrange them on a greased baking cake
Sprinkle cheese
Bake them for 15-20 minutes and serve immediately
