PEANUT SALAD

PEANUT SALAD






Ingredients:

Roasted peanuts with skin – ½ cup
Sliced cabbage – ½ cup
Sliced capsicum – ½ cup
Sliced carrots – ½ cup
Cottage cheese – ½ cup
Worcester shire (cooking sauce) & tomato sauce – 1tbsp
Lime juice or vinegar – 1tbsp

Method:

Mix vegetable
Sprinkle salt, sugar, black pepper & vinegar
Keep it for 10 min
Add other above ingredients
Keep it in a the fridge until it is cold
Serve cold decorated with sliced cucumber & tomato
Sprinkle peanuts & serve
