HOT AND SOUR SOUP


HOT AND SOUR SOUP



Ingredients:

Water – 1 liter
Sweet corn paste – 1 tin
Egg - 1 (optional)
Ajino motto – ½ tsp
Cauliflower – 100 grams
Cabbage- 50 grams
Carrot – 100 grams
Boiled noodle- 25 grams
Pepper to taste
Red chili powder to taste
Vinegar to taste
Curd – 100 ml

Method:

Boil water with sweet corn paste
Add corn flour mixed with cold water (diluted)
Cook for sometime
Add beaten egg direct into the soup
Stir and add ajino motto in a separate pan
Heat spoonful of oil
Add pepper and red chili powder
Add vegetable
Fry for sometime
Put it in the soup
Cook it for sometime
Add vinegar
Add soya sauce or serve with soya sauce.
