MATAR PANEER

MATAR PANEER







Ingredients:

Matar – ½ kg
Paneer – 200 grams
Onion, ginger. Garlic paste
Tomato puree

Seasoning:

Salt to taste
Deggi mirch – ½ teaspoon
Haldi -1/4 teaspoon
Garam Masala – as per choice

Method:

Heat oil
Add oinion, ginger, garlic paste
Stir fry till it leaves the side of kadai or till it is pink in color
Add deggi mirch
Stir fry for ometime
Add matar and paneer
Add water – 1 glass
Pressure cook for 2-3 whistle
