SAMBAR




Ingredients:

Arad Daal – ½ kg
Imly – 200 grams

Vegetables:
Drumsticks – 100 grams
Egg plant - 200 grams
Onions – 3-4

Method:

Boil daal wth salt and haldi
Soak imly and take out the pulp
Heat oil
Add sarso dana
Add rai
Add kadi patta
Add vegetables
Add salt
Sambar masala
Add imly pulp
Whistle in to cook
