CHUTNEY

CHUTNEY




Ingredients:

Coconut fresh – 1
Udard daal – 2 tsp
Chana daal – 1tsp
Salt to taste
Green chili – 5-6
Kadi patta – few
Curd – 1 cup
Saro dana – 1tsp
Roast chana powder – 6 tsp

Method:

Grate coconut very finely
If possible blend it in the blender to have very fine mixture
Add blended chana and urad daal
Add salt. Green chili finely chopped
Kadi patta, sarso dana
Add roasted chana powder
Mix well
Serve it with dosa
