IMPORTANT TIPS FOR VRAT FOOD
1. Soak sabudana 1 cup in ¼ water for 2 hours
2. boil samo rice like normal rice

6. Make hot chat of shakarkandi, heat oil, add jeera, ginger green chilies salt, pepper, sugar, lemon juice, imli water, coriander
7. fry boiled raw banana, mix in well beaten curd, add jeera, salt, coriander, chopped chilies
8. make allo ka halwa, shakerkandi halwa, pumpkin ka halwa.
9. make kulfi with milk, milkmaid, khoya, sugar, kesar, pista
10. remove red part and outer green skin of watermelon, use white part grates for raita and 1” pieces for subzi, make like allow ki subzi
11. Peel and cut arbi in round slices. Add arbi slices, ginger, chilies, salt, amchur, lemon juice. Cook till tender.
12. make hari chutney with coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger, peanuts, salt, sugar, lemon juice
13. For imli ki chutney, soak imli, sieve, add gurd, salt, kala naml, ginger powder, jeera powder, kali mirch, loung ilchi dalchini powder.
