SHAHI PANEER PUDDING

SHAHI PANEER PUDDING





Ingredients:

Condensed milk – 1 tin
Cottage paneer- 400 grams(grated)
Milk – ½ liter
Elachi Powder – 1 tsp
Corn flour dissolved in cold milk – 2 tsp
Badam – 10-12 soaked in water n finely chopped
Silver foil for decoration


Method:

In a kadai, pour the contents of milkmaid tin along with milk
Add ½ tsp of elachi powder and bring it to boil
When it starts boiling add dissolved corn flour and agan bring it to boil
And finally add grated paneer and bring to boil and switch off he gas
Pour the mixture in a serving dish
Garnish with almonds, elachi powder and serve chilled.
