GATEAU REGENT


GATEAU REGENT


Ingrédients:

Marie Biscuits – 1 packet
Instant Coffee – 1 tsp
Fresh cream – 400 ml
Powder sugar – 5 ½ tbsp
Cadbury chocolate – one
Cocoa powder – 2tbsp
Drinking chocolate – 2tbsp


Method:

Boil one cup of water
Add coffee and switch off the gas
Beat cream with sugar till light and fluffy
Keep little portion aside and in the rest add cocoa powder and drinking chocolate
Dip each biscuit in coffee till they loose their crispness in a serving dish
In a serving plate, put soften biscuit side by side till you cover the base of dish.
Cover this with chocolate cream
Sprinkle walnuts over it
Repeat to the process till you finish the biscuits
The top layer should of cream
Garnish with grated chocolate and sprinkle over the dish
Now decorate with sweeten cream and nuts
Serve chilled
