EGGLESS CAKE

EGGLESS CAKE







Ingredients:

1 tin or 400 grams condensed milk
200 grams maida
¾ teaspoon baking powder
¾ teaspoon soda
200 grams butter
¾ teaspoon vanilla essence
Milk or soft drinks as required (we can use milk only but soft drinks helps batter rises better)
(For chocolate flavor – coke or pepsi
For other flavors – limca or sprite )


Method:

Sieve maida, soda and baking powder twice.

Rub maida and batter till bread crumbs consistency
Mix together condensed milk
Vanilla essence
Now add maida
Mix well
Add soft drink
Mix well
Put the mixture at the a well greased and dusted tin
Preheat the over at 150 c for 8-10 minutes.
Put the filled tin in the oven
Bake it in a an oven at 150 c for 10 minutes
When batter rises, decrease the temperature to 100 c.
Check the cake with any pointed things to know its properly cooked.
If its still not yet cooked properly, keep he temperature for 50 c for again 10 minutes
Switch off the oven and leave the cake at the oven for some time.
