BROWNIE


BROWNIE





Ingredients:

Soft ghee – ½ cup or 4 tbsp
Sugar & flour – 1 cup
Egg – 2
Chopped nuts – ½ cup
Cocoa – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - ½ tsp


Method:

Grease a square pan (8x8)
Melt ghee & add cocoa over a pan of hot water
Beat in sugar & eggs
Mix flour, baking powder & salt
Stir in nuts & remove from water
Spread in pan
Bake in moderate over 30 minutes or slightly imprint remain
When touch lightly with fingers
Cool slightly & cut into square while in the pan
Remove from pan & serve who or without icing.
