HYDERABADI MANGO PICKLE
Ingredients:
Mangoes – 1 kg
Hing – 5 grams
Salt – 50 grams
Chili powder – 50 gram/ deggi mirch powder – 50 grams
Mustard Oil – 150 ml
Grinded
Rai powder- 50 grams
Methi dana- 50 grams
Method:
Wash and wipe the mangoes
Cut them in small piece without the stone (cut it in the square)
Heat half of the oil
Add hing
Switch off the gas
Let the oil to be cool down
Add al the ingredients
Add mangoes pieces
Mix well
Fill in the jar
On 3rd day pour more oil
Keep it cover in the sun.
